Hi, I'm Birdie.

I am a birth and postpartum doula, an energy worker, and a reader of cards and of rooms. I live in Austin with my partner and a cat named Banjo who believes he is the real healer in the house.

My path here was not a straight line. I spent years looking outward for answers: in work, in other people, in places far from home. What I kept finding, over and over, was that the thing I was looking for was already in me, waiting for me to come back. Birth was the loudest version of that lesson. It is where I learned that returning home to yourself is not a metaphor. It is a practice.

That practice is what I offer. Whether you are preparing to bring a child into the world, carrying pain your body has not been able to put down, or sitting with questions that do not have easy answers, I meet you where you are and walk with you.

I believe you already know more than you think you do. My job is to help you hear it.
